Create a valuable post like this - on your blog if you have one or just a post on your fan page 

Then spend a few dollars to "boost" the post

As you attract people through doing this method of marketing, imagine if someone were to say “This is really awesome. Can you send me more info?”

Well that's just what happens!

Not wanting to “copy and paste” a message, send a private message that says something like I saw you commented on our post, would you like to hop on a video chat with us?”

This is very different to what most people do and that's what gets better results for us and our students (because it's duplicatable)

When you get on a call you ask questions and are able to uncover pains and frustrations - it may be that they are happy with their network marketing company but their frustrations are getting more leads and prospects in which case we're able to share our training resources and tools for online lead generation

Here's how it works

First, you boost a Facebook post or broadcast a Live video that creates intrigue and extends an invitation to connect.

For instance, the call to action on your sponsored post might read…

Comment “more info” below if you want to see our prospecting and recruiting strategy that enables you to monetise people even when they say “no” to your opportunity.

Here's an example from a Live broadcast…

We love the industry but we quickly ran out of people to talk to. So if you're in the situation we were comment “more info” below and we'll show you our passive prospecting and recruiting strategy that allows us to prospect online without coming off as a pushy or an annoying network marketer who's alienated all their friends and family.

Once someone comments, “more info,” send a friend request and reply with a message like “Hi, we just sent you a friend request. Let’s connect.”

Once they accept, you continue the conversation on Facebook Messenger.

Now, keep in mind this is the same type of conversation you’d have in an offline setting

Think like you met for a coffee in starbucks or something

You’re getting to know them.

Your job is to uncover…

  • What are they looking for?
  • What are they struggling with?
  • What are their goals and desires for their business?

So let’s recap…

Step 1 

Boost a Facebook post or Live video, and then the prospects who are interested ASK for more information.

Thus, you're being pursued by a highly-interested and receptive ideal prospect!

Next…

Once you start private messaging people, your goal is to transition quickly to a video chat.

So in your conversation quickly ask them if they want to connect face-to-face, like this…

Hi, this is Chris and Susan. We saw that you commented “more info” on the video we shot yesterday (or whenever it was and the topic). Are you open to video chatting with us and we'll show you our exact strategy and how we've been able to passively recruit people into our business.”

Believe it or not in our experience and that of our friends who adopt this strategy about 95% will be happy to hop on a video chat with you.

The key to a video chat is that people actually SEE you, and you can SEE them.

You're able to see their emotions and feel what they’re really about.

And they'll know that you're not someone that's there just to take their money.

They can see that you care about their success, which helps them to know, like, and trust you.

To recap…

You begin building a personal, face-to-face relationship with your prospects over video chat — just like you would do in an offline recruiting setting.

You'll answer their questions and follow their lead to help them get their desired result, like this…

Your prospect's answers to your questions will direct the conversation.

You're looking to uncover where they're facing challenges reaching their goals before you offer solutions.

Now, this is important…

If a prospect is happy with their products or opportunity, NEVER try to prospect them into your company.

This trashes your integrity in seconds!

If they're happy with their company, then that's where they need to stay.

If, however you feel they aren't happy—maybe they don't have upline support, or their company changed the compensation plan, or they're not passionate about the product any more...

Then that's when, and only when, you asks if they are open to other opportunities

For example…

Chris and I  are network marketers just like you. If you're open to taking a look at our opportunity, we can show you some information right now about that.

Again, If they are happy where they are, which 95% or more will be, then we share our passive recruiting strategy (which you're learning today on this blog).

We ask...

If we have a solution to that, are you open to taking a look?

The answer is, almost always, “Yes. Of course. That's why I'm on the call with you.”

Then we talk more about the strategy of using sponsored posts, takes them to our website and discusses personal branding and list building, and finally introduces ​our recommended training products, tools, and services we offer for struggling network marketers.

This instantly positions us as an authority and builds rapport.

Keep in mind that…

Usually your prospects' biggest pain is that they've run out of people to talk to.

Or they might feel like they're a pushy salesman on Facebook and they want to change all that.

Many networkers find themselves posting links about their company, getting blocked by friends and having their messages ignored, and they're understandably frustrated.

And so we give them a solution to that pain.

And thus, we get paid even when prospects say “no” to our network marketing opportunity.

Yet despite the simplicity, when this strategy is executed effectively,  it pays off handsomely.

Before we conclude this training article there's something we want to touch base on that's very relevant to this conversation

Using Facebook to recruit online is essentially the exact same process as you already do offline — whether you're prospecting in public places (the cold market) or talking to your family and friends (your warm market).

After all, clearly you have a warm market and a cold market on Facebook too.

But online recruiting offers you one fantastic possibility that offline recruiting does not…

The ability to passively recruit.

Passive recruiting is the process of posting the type of status updates on social media that entice your target market to reach out and preemptively ask you for more information about your business.

The key to having people reach out to you is that you shouldn't post anything about your company!

And don't post your product's name or logo, either.

You want to keep that information “blind.”

Here's why…

If you tell people the product name, your prospects will go off on their own and won’t need you as their consultant anymore, so avoid the temptation to spill that info (we know that's a big mistake people trying to go it alone but they will...)

So instead…

Focus on the results you're producing in your life or other people's lives.

Make your posts inspirational, not a sales pitch.

This will naturally attract prospects to you, and position you as an in-demand authority.

No results yet then use testimonials and stories about those who have or just tell people why you got involved in the industry... after all we were all new once weren't we!
