We wanted to share this very thought provoking video with you about how great leaders inspire action.
People don’t buy what you do they buy why you do it. People do business with people who believe what you believe.
Think about one of the world’s greatest leaders – Dr Martin Luther King.
In the summer of 1963 250,000 people turned up to the Mall in Washington. There were no invites sent out, no website to publish the date. How did he do that? He had a gift. He didn’t say what he would do to change America but what he believed in. The people who turned up believed too and he went on to give the famous “I have a dream speach”
There are leaders and those who lead.
Leaders hold a position of power or authority but those who lead inspire us …. we follow those who lead not because we have to but because we want to. Not for them but for ourselves. It is those who start with ‘why’ that have the ability to inspire those around them or find others who inpire them
