The Power Of Intention : This is article number three in the series about designing an incredible life, all of which have been about intention. And it’s a perfect time of year to be addressing such an important subject because INTENTION is such a powerful word and why we gave the article the headline “The Power Of Intention”

It’s one thing to design an incredible life… and it’s another thing to move from thinking to doing. For the third video in this mini-series from Jeff Walker, he wants to show you how he’s managed to make some massive behavioural changes (which is pretty darn hard, no matter who you are), so you can start moving toward the vision for what you want your life to become.

The key word is VISION. Jeff talks about “big picture vision”. Where you think of it like a top of a triangle. That’s what the overall outcome is. Then you break down all the componend parts that need to happen to drive that vision. We personally find this a better way to drive our business goals than the traditional format that we have actually shared for many years and which many of our students have had success with.

If you look back at what you did for the prior year and said, “Where am I right now? What worked from the prior year? What do I need to do differently? What didn’t work last year and what do I want more of this year?” You cancreate a vision for each one of those areas. And then, from that vision, you can start to create either goals or things you’re striving for.
