Accommodation
The chalet has 6 en-suite bedrooms
We are making this exclusive with a room for each delegate but you may if you wish bring a business partner * / significant other half * and you are very welcome to do so.
*200 Euros per person payable on arrival to cover food and wine
Travel Arrangements
Each delegate will be responsible for their own travel arrangements. The nearest airports are Geneva (Switzerland) or Lyon (France) and then we are approximately 2 hours drive away. Other airports are Grenoble and Chambrey (nearest to us)
The nearest train station is Bourg St Maurice and we can pick you up from there. The Eurostar runs from London to Bourg St Maurice direct (departure restrictions) or you can take the Eurostar to Lille or Paris and pick up the TGV to Bourg St Maurice *
*we can pick you up from Bourg St Maurice by prior arrangements
You should plan to arrive Thursday 6th September (buffet evening meal provided) and can leave Sunday evening 9th September or Monday mornin 10th September
