In this video, our mentor Matt Lloyd answers the question “I want to start my very first business. What’s the best advice you can give me?”

Matt Lloyd talks about trips home which remind him of a very important lesson about business – how to choose the right business model.  How his parents who have a traditional business in Perth Australia (a wheat farm) only know that model and now in their sixties are still working hard in that business.  We really resonate with that because that could have been us and realistically most traditional business owners don’t see a way out.

Matt uses the example of his parents traditional business and talks about getting this wrong, and you are potentially dooming yourself to years of struggle.
