As many of you who know us, just over three years ago we took a HUGE leap of faith to quit our traditional management consultancy business and start a business online. Now we are not going to pretend that everything was plain sailing and that we didn’t have some hiccups along the way. We did ….

But we had a clear intention and we knew exactly what we wanted to do and it started with us taking a leap of faith. Our intentions have really become clearer as time has gone along and now we absolutely know our passion and our purpose – what we want and where we are going.

For most people however, they are afraid of taking a leap of faith and here’s why …

It’s because the way most of us have been taught is to live our lives by default. We tend to stick with the way things have always been done, what we know already works, or what’s comfortable. This clinging to what we know keeps us feeling “safe and comfortable” (or so we think), but it stifles our true growth, creativity, success, and ultimately, our happiness and fulfilment.

It definitely takes courage to follow our true heart’s desires and dreams because it’s like leaping into the unknown (taking a leap of faith). When we embark on a path that hasn’t been paved before, we don’t really know what’s going to happen. There are no guarantees, no certainty, and it can definitely feel scary. But what we do find is our freedom… and we can start living a life that’s truly authentic to who we are and why we’re here.

So whatever your head might say, whatever thoughts you have about what you feel, know that it’s your heart that is right.
