Change Your Life With Consistent Action : Here’s the one thing we know that gets results and it’s consistent action. Consistent action towards your goals can and will change your life. How do we know? Well not only have we written a book on goal setting (based on our personal experience) but we have applied what we teach and 100% – you can change your life with consistent action
When we saw this recent video from one of our mentors – Matt Lloyd – talking about our favourite subject – how you can change your life with consistent action – we knew we had to share it with you
In our personal experience, we see two distinct groups of students. There are those who complete their training, then go on and implement that training for a few days or weeks. Then, they fall back to their regular patterns … and don’t reach the goals they set for themselves. It’s frustrating as anything but it’s the way it is!
Secondly, there are the students who implement with consistency. They don’t fall behind. They start to get results and they’re reaching their original goals and setting bigger and more ambitious ones.

It’s not enough to take action just once or twice. The business owners who get the advantage over their competition do so because they take consistent action every day. The students who we work with who do well take consistent action EVERY DAY. We actually did a training on this recently – you can read it here
There’s a favourite video we often play – The Life Of An Entrepreneur in 90 Seconds by millionaire entrepreneur Patrick Bet-David
He sums it up in these words
You see the only difference between the one who quits and the one who doesn’t is that they showed up every day, they worked hard every day, they hustled every day, they learned from a proven mentor every day, they improved every day;
They did all this even though they felt like quitting every day.
And eventually, they became who they are today.
Sadly the reason that people fall behind in their goals are lack of self discipline, or the hidden self belief that they are not capable.
If you suffer from a lack of self discipline, you should remind yourself of the following:
- Why you’re doing this
- How you’ll feel when it’s finally done
- How it will improve your life
A common reason for business failure is when the new, inexperienced business owner overestimates what they can achieve in the short term but underestimates what they can achieve in the long term…. we can definitely identify with that. It’s great to have BIG HAIRY AUDACIOUS goals but break them into manageable chunks and set about achieving those goals step by step.
The truth is that results come from simple actions repeated daily.
