We were talking just the other day with a business owner and about PLR (Private Label Rights) Products and the different ways to use PLR in your business.  We naturally assumed he knew what we were talking about but actually he didn’t.  That lead us to deciding to write this article to explain the different ways to use PLR in your business and to explain a little more about what PLR is.

What Is PLR?

Before we look at ways to use PLR in your business let’s first look at what PLR Private Label Rights stands for . The license is used for various digital products such as articles, ebooks, software, graphic templates and even video.

Private label rights are a special type of right or license which you purchase where you are legally allowed to edit and publish as your own. While licenses differ with each author and seller, the basic premise is that the license permits buyers to re-brand the content under their own name and brand and this is of huge benefit to entrepreneurs and business owners who just don’t have the time or skills to create the content.

Note : Private Label Content comes with different rights depending on the developer so it’s important to thoroughly check each license prior to use, to become familiar with any restrictions that may be in place

Whilst you will see there are many ways to use PLR in your business such as articles for article publishing websites or for blog posts  we are going to focus in this article on one of the ways we use PLR products in our business and that is as a lead magnet.

As we said, we tend to use PLR products as lead magnets in our business.  In the niche of online business education there is a huge demand for this kind of information and we like to provide this and build a relationship with our prospects before we present them with our core offer(s)

If you search Google for PLR products you will find yourself presented with many different options and we will always say do your due diligence, ask someone you know and be sensible – cheap isn’t always good!

If you are for example selling in the back end of your business a high ticket product or service then the value you present via your PLR product has to be of high value to your prospect.
